Artist's Profile

Mark Sims work follows his deep interest in self expression. Mark produces intricate and aparently random images that arrest the eye and mind with their detail even without the presence of identifiable objects. Art is a secondary interest for Mark who is a writer, so his annual output is dependent on his available time but would generally be no more than ten works per annum.

   Exhibited with work from USA, UK, Macedonia, PortStephens, Newcastle, Sydney
3. Third New Symbolist Exhibition 2007
   Exhibited online. Mark's "Untitled One" was a close runner up with international voters.
4. The Port Stephens Art Prize exhibition 2009. Port Stephens Art Centre.
5. The SOAG Gallery exhibition. October 7 to November 4 2009, Elizabeth Street, Tighes Hill, Newcastle, Australia.

Mark is not available to undertake commissions but this may change in mid 2010.
